To mark the end of our Quaker Week Programme of activities we have arranged a morning at Low Ackworth Community Centre with a creative theme. We are gearing this event towards 5 to 11 year olds but, of course, all are welcome. Parents can sit and have a chat over a coffee and biscuit or join in themselves if they want to. We will have a few tables set up with different activities on each and the children can move around the tables as they wish. The theme is: "Our World" .

Amidst all the turbulent things going on around the world (which are often difficult to explain to young children), we also have so much to be thankful for and we want to celebrate the beauty of our world as well as a chance to get together and have some fun.

There is no charge to come to this event but we are issuing tickets so that we know how many families to expect. These tickets can be obtained from The Howard School.

Session 1 will start at 9.00 until 10.20am and Session 2 will start at 10.40am to 12.00 noon. Come along to either or both sessions.

This is not an unsupervised event and we would ask that you stay with your child/ren throughout the session/s.
